Very good food with a changing menu. The flavors are great. The chicken was delicious. Nice fusion of French and American. Very friendly staff. This is a great restaurant for dates.

We had a most enjoyable time at Bombolo last evening. The ambience, great service, and exceptionally well-prepared and delicious food made for one of the best dining experiences weβve had. From the first minute to the last, Jonah provided friendly and attentive service. We shared nine different dishes with friends All were perfectly crafted and flavorful. I really appreciate the creativity and adventurous side of the menu and the skill of the chef and staff. Weβll be regulars from now on. I wish we hadnβt waited so long to try this place.

We made reservations so we didn't wait. There were tables available when we showed up at 6:30pm on a Sunday. The food was divine! Very well prepared and fresh. Unique choices and flavors. We 3 ladies had 2 small plates and a main plate to share. The Bok Choy, the tuna crudo, and the soft shell crab were out of this world. The cocktails were pretty and delicious. The server also made a white wine recommendation that was on point, and $40 was a fair price for a whole bottle. I wish I could remember the name and I regret not taking a picture of the bottle. The server was kind, honest, and on top of things. Great recommendations as stated. Answered all of our questions. The atmosphere was low key. Nothing special. The food is what's special about this place. I didn't spend much time inside. We were out on the patio and there were carpenter bees everywhere, like at least a dozen at the same time, which was a little distracting and initially concerning but not enough that we complained or asked to be moved. We did learn a lot about carpenter bees because we were concerned enough to Google them. They're not aggressive towards people but females will sting when provoked, so I can relat

I had an incredible meal at Bombolo last night. The Duck & Cheese Poblano was rich, smoky, and melty with a perfect crispy chicken skin on top. The Smoked Veal Bratwurst was juicy and deeply flavorful, served over shellfish-braised collard greens. The Wild Boar PΓ’tΓ© was silky and gamey, studded with pistachios and bright pickled cranberries. Finally, the Pappardelle al Cinghiale delivered wide ribbons of pasta in a hearty wild boar ragΓΉ that was pure comfort. Every dish was a standout with bold flavors and beautiful technique. If you're looking for something special, Bombolo is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! ππ #Bombolo #WildBoar #FoodieFind
